Create your workspace, invite your team, and connect channels to get started with LazyChat.

Account Setup

Welcome to LazyChat. In just a few minutes, you'll be ready to automate customer support and provide instant responses to your customers.

Create a workspace

Getting started is simple:

  1. Sign up with your business email
  2. Name your workspace
  3. Set your timezone

Your workspace will be created immediately and you'll have access to all core features.

You can customize your workspace settings later from the Settings menu.

Invite teammates

Add users and moderators from Settings → Users/Moderators:

  • Users have full access to manage conversations and settings
  • Moderators can handle conversations but have limited settings access

Connect channels

Go to Integration and connect your communication channels:

  • Facebook - Connect your Facebook Page
  • Instagram - Link your Instagram Business account
  • WhatsApp - Set up WhatsApp Business integration
Once connected, LazyChat will automatically start monitoring messages on these channels.

Sync your product catalog

If you're running an e-commerce store, you can sync your products:

  1. Navigate to Integration → E-commerce
  2. Choose your platform (Shopify or WooCommerce)
  3. Follow the connection wizard
  4. Your products will sync automatically
Make sure your e-commerce store has proper API access enabled before connecting.
