Free Trial
Start with LazyChat risk-free:
- Trial period includes AI message credits to test the platform
- No credit card required to start your trial
- Full access to features available in your trial tier
- Data preserved for 30 days after trial expiration
Billing Periods

Monthly Subscription

Managing Your Subscription
View Current Plan
- Navigate to Settings → Account & Billing
- View your current plan details, including:
- Plan name and features
- Billing cycle
- Next renewal date
- Usage statistics
Upgrade Your Plan
Upgrading is instant and seamless:
- Go to Settings → Account & Billing
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Select your desired plan
- Choose billing period (monthly or yearly)
- Complete payment through SSLCommerz
When you upgrade, you'll immediately get access to new features. We'll prorate the cost based on your current billing cycle.
Renew Your Subscription
Subscriptions renew automatically, but you can also renew manually:
- Auto-renewal is enabled by default
- You'll receive email reminders before renewal
- Failed payments will trigger retry attempts
- Update payment method anytime from billing settings
To manually renew:
- Go to Settings → Account & Billing
- Click Renew Subscription
- Confirm your plan selection
- Complete payment
Downgrade or Cancel
You have full control over your subscription:
To downgrade:
- Go to Settings → Account & Billing
- Select Change Plan
- Choose a lower-tier plan
- Changes take effect at the end of current billing cycle
To cancel:
- Go to Settings → Account & Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Provide feedback (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
After cancellation, you'll retain access until the end of your paid period. Your data will be preserved for 30 days before permanent deletion.
Billing History & Invoices
Access all your billing records:
- Navigate to Settings → Account & Billing → Billing History
- View all past transactions
- Download invoices as PDF
- See payment status and details
Each invoice includes:
- Transaction ID
- Date and time
- Plan details
- Amount paid
- Payment method
- Tax information (if applicable)
Usage & Limits
Monitor your plan usage in real-time:
- AI Message Credits - Track remaining automated messages
- Connected Channels - See active integrations
- Team Members - View current user count
- Storage - Monitor data usage
